Short "O" Word Families

With me being gone on Monday and Tuesday and PALs testing starting Wednesday, we didn't have a whole lot of new stuff going on this week.

On Friday, we mad the "-ot" and "-og" HOT DOG!

We also reviewed our digraphs with a sort and had a review in math of patterns and time.  Next week we'll get into measurement and have some mixed addition/subtraction practice!  Can you believe we only have nine full days left of school? And one of those days is our FIELD TRIP! (Tuesday the 28th.) Woohoo! We'll have lots of fun summer activities in the coming days.  

We graphed what our favorite thing was about Spring a couple weeks back and "baby animals" won, hands down.  In honor of that, I took this picture this morning in Central Park for you all:
