Dome Theater Experience!

Last Friday, Spotswood students were lucky enough to get the opportunity to view a 30-minute film in the portable dome theater. (Basically an inflatable Imax.) Kindergarten students got to see "Dinosaur Prophecy" and had a great time! Many students thought we were moving throughout the movie. Haha. Adorable.

We highlighted the letter H this past week, reviewed the five senses (and how we use them at Christmas time), and worked on counting with our Christmas Counting book (which will come home this Friday). This week we have tons of fun holiday stuff planned, culminating with our gingerbread houses on Friday! Don't worry, it's all tied to education - but the kids will see just how fun learning can be!

Thanks to everyone who sent in items for our gingerbread house project. And if you didn't know, there is also a holiday dance for the students on Friday. In case you'd like them to be dressed for the occasion :)
